Patrick Joseph has been enjoying the world of business & the stage for
almost three decades and began public speaking two decades ago.
As an entertainer, his passions for the stage gave him the opportunity to
perform for prestigious audiences including former Governor Generals
Honourable Adrienne Clarkson and Michaëlle Jean, the internationally
acclaimed poet, Maya Angelou; inspirational speaker and spiritual teacher,
Iyanla Vanzant; Coretta Scott King, wife of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.; and
former South African President, Nelson Mandela.
As a motivational speaker, he was a member of the International Federation
For Professional Speakers (I.F.F.P.S) and of the Canadian Association of
Professional Speakers (C.A.P.S.), on which he served on its board as the
Ottawa Chapter Membership Director.
In addition, Patrick is an avid student of self-improvement, business, and
leadership strategies. He has received training and mentorship from success
gurus like Dr. John C. Maxwell; Dr. Stephen R Covey; T. Harv
Ecker; Russ Whitney; Les Brown, and continues to do so as he strives for
excellence in all that he does by applying the knowledge that he has
acquired in all areas of his life.
Patrick now works as a financial advisor with Sun Life Financial where he
continues to share his passion, enthusiasm, and experience, so that he may
serve many by helping them to Live The Beauty Of Their Dreams.
He is also the president of Ottawa West chapter of GRBN (Groupe Reso
Business Networking); he is the Chair of the Regional Ethnocultural
Advisory Committee (REAC Ontario) and sits on the board for the National
Ethnocultural Advisory Committee (NEAC) for Corrections Services Canada.
They advise the Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner and Wardens on diversity
issues that may be matters of contention or points of departure.
